The Einstein Center for Neurosciences (ECN) Berlin accepts again applications from PhD students for an association to the ECN. Eligible are all PhD students of workgroups within the ECN.

Interested PhD students should send the filled out application form and a CV to ecn-application@charite.de until May 8, 2024. Short listed candidates will be invited to present their research projects in front of a selection committee.

What the ECN offers PhD students:

• A curriculum which completes existing curricula neuroscientific graduate programs
• Supervision committees and meetings
• Annual Retreats
• Support in doctoral affairs
• An individual development budget for workshops, conference participation etc. (1.200€ p.a.)
• Possibility to apply for graduation scholarships (up to six months, 1.800€ per month)

• Call: April 24, 2024 – May 8, 2024
• Preselection: May 9 – May 15, 2024
• Invitation for talks: May 16, 2024
• Talks: May 29 – June 5, 2024
• Decision about association: June 11, 2024
