With the Langen Nacht der Wissenschaften (Long Night of the Sciences) and Soapbox Science we can look back to great events happening in the last two weeks.

One night of science for young and old

We are proud of all the many visitors of our booth at the Long Night of the Sciences, doing quizzes and crafting plush neurons with us. We had great fun with you!

A soapbox for equality in science

One week later a special event took place at Alexanderplatz. Female scientists stood up on a box and explained their research to over 1000 visitors, who fortuitously stopped by.

Their aim was to to help eliminate gender inequality in science by raising the profile, and challenging the public’s view, of women and non-binary people in science. Last saturday we got to this importand goal a little Closer!
