As an ECN PhD fellow, if you cannot solve your problem within your workgroup please follow the steps below:

1. Depending on the type of problem please address it to
   1. either your supervision committee (research, finances)
   2. or Dr. Oliver Mai-Kolerus (administration, finances, mobbing, harassment)
   3. or Dr. Katharina Grauel (mobbing, harassment)
   4. or Dr. Benedikt Salmen (education)
   5. or the ECN PhD student representatives (office, anything else)
2. If the problem was not solved contact the ECN conflict mentor Professor Constance Scharff or our Executive Board.
3. If the problem is still not solved then contact the Ombudsperson of your hosting institution. You can find the Ombudsperson responsible for you on our Institutional Support page.
